MoBill Construction, Inc. offers you 150 Years of total combined experience in the Construction Industry. Just so you know – that doesn’t mean we have 30 people with 5 years experience each (or worse 50 people with 3 yrs. exp. ea.) Our key personnel have a minimum of 15 years each, working daily in construction.

Mo Sims, Sr. – 45 Years experience in the Construction Industry. 20 Years serving The Woodlands and surrounding areas. He works on commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Starting out with quality construction training and education in the Navy, Mo has worked since 1957 in the private sector of the industry. He has designed and built various types of Process Plants and Cement Plants. In the last 30 years he has built homes, offices, warehouses, restaurants, car dealerships, and golf course off-sites. Mo can work from your drawings or from your descriptions – you will always get just what you want.

Mo Sims, Jr. – 35 Years experience in the Construction Industry with 20 Years serving The Woodlands. Mo, Jr.’s expertise covers all general construction with heavy emphasis on fabrication, structural steel, and millwright work. He also has extensive knowledge and experience building and working on Waste Water Treatment Plants, Gas Plants, Chemical Plants, and Drilling Mud Plants. With Mo, Jr. on the job – you know there will be great attention to detail.

Mike Elledge – 25 Years experience in the Construction Industry with 20 Years serving The Woodlands. Mike worked in various aspects of school construction before joining MoBill. Mike has been with MoBill for 20 years now as Job Superintendent. He is experienced in all aspects of Commercial and Residential construction. He also has vast knowledge of materials – high end or low end, new items or old, and can be sure you have what you need on your job when you need it.

Guillermo Valdez – 15 Years with MoBill working in all phases of Construction. Commercial and Residential construction are Guillermo’s strong points. His specialty however is cabinets. You will love his work, whether you tell or show him exactly what you want – or if you say, "build me something nice over there" – you will love it. Guillermo has extensive hands-on knowledge in all phases of the job – he will do the job right.

Lisa Sims – 15 Years experience in Construction. Previously 10 Years in the Oil and Gas Industry. Office Manager for MoBill; full knowledge of AIA Invoices and CO’s, Contracts, etc.; as well as Lien Releases, Owner’s Manuals, Certified Payrolls and SBA Construction Loan Invoicing. Understands all aspects of bookkeeping and small business administration. You can rest assured your calls and paper work will be handled promptly and professionally.
